Shrimp with Wasabi and Sesame Seeds

2 tsp, fresh, snipped (or chopped scallions)
1 Tbsp, toasted
Combine soy sauce and wasabi in a tiny bowl. Put shrimp on a plate along with a mound of sesame seeds; garnish with chives. Dip shrimp in soy-wasabi mixture; next dip in seeds. Makes 1 serving.
