How to Prepare
Pour fat-free milk, evaporated milk and sugar substitute into a small saucepan; heat to simmering, about 3 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla; pour into glasses and serve. (INGREDIENT ADDITION OPTION: Add a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg with the vanilla for a light-tasting version of eggnog.)
