Chinese Chicken and Asparagus over Rice
1 medium clove(s), chopped
uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s)
4 oz, cubed
2 cup(s), chopped
cooked long grain brown rice
½ cup(s), kept hot
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chicken. Sauté, stirring frequently, until chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add teriyaki sauce and ginger and stir to coat chicken. Add asparagus and stir; heat through. Serve over rice.
