½ large, Granny Smith, cut into 4 thick, even slices

Weight Watchers Reduced-fat Mexican style shredded cheese

2 Tbsp, sharp variety

roasted pumpkin seed kernels

2 tsp


Top each apple slice with 1 1/2 teaspoons cheese; microwave until cheese melts, about 20 seconds. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and eat immediately.
