These grown-up lollies will wow your guests at a summer party

Ingredients

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

420 g

Rose Water

2 teaspoon(s)

Honey

1 teaspoon(s), level

Marshmallows

25 g, pink, finely chopped

White Chocolate

100 g, grated

Pistachios

12 individual, lightly toasted and finely chopped

Instructions

Put the yogurt, rosewater and honey in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth. Stir in the marshmallows and 25g grated chocolate.

Spoon the mixture into 6 x 80ml-capacity ice lolly moulds. Insert sticks and freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.

Put 75g chopped white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on medium-high, stirring every 20 seconds, for 1 minute or until melted.

Dip the ice lolly moulds in hot water for 5-10 seconds and gently pull out the lollies. Dip the top quarter of each lolly in the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with the extra grated chocolate and the pistachios.
