Fresh fruit and yogurt gets a welcome upgrade with a handful of crunchy homemade nutty granola and a swirl of fruity jam. It also makes for a delicious afternoon snack.

Ingredients

Tesco Strawberry Jam

90 g

Fat Free Natural Yogurt

900 g

Banana(s)

2 medium

Orange(s)

4 medium

Ground Cinnamon

1 teaspoon(s), level

Linseed (Flaxseed)

9 g

Honey

21 g

Wheat Bran, Dried

7½ g

Almonds

18 g

Porridge oats

36 g

Raisins

13 g

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, swirl the jam through the yogurt and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine the oranges and bananas.
  2. Divide half the fruit mixture between 6 small glasses or bowls, then spoon over half the yogurt mixture. Repeat with the remaining fruit and yogurt. Scatter over the granola, then serve.

Notes

The pots can be assembled up to 8 hours ahead of serving, so why not get ahead and make them the night before. Add the granola just before serving.
