Yogurt bowl with blueberry compôte
Our easy berry compôte takes just a few minutes in the microwave. We cook fresh blueberries for a few minutes until they’re bubbling, then stir in some fresh berries for textural contrast and juicy bursts.
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave 250g blueberries on High for 3-4 minutes, until very bubbly. Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir in the remaining blueberries.
- Spoon 200g of yogurt each into 4 bowls; top each serving with the blueberry compôte. Sprinkle fresh mint evenly over the bowls.
