Ingredients

Milk Chocolate

75 g

Golden Syrup

1 tablespoon(s), level

Butter

1 tablespoon(s)

Corn flakes

100 g

Mini milk chocolate eggs

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate, golden syrup and butter in a bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water (do not let the base of the bowl touch the water). Stir the mixture until smooth.
  2. Meanwhile, place the cereal in a medium bowl. Once the chocolate mixture has melted, pour into the cereal and stir to combine, until the cereal is all coated.
  3. Divide the mixture between the 8 muffin moulds and press a mini egg into the centre of each nest. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour, or until set.
