Ingredients

Olive Oil

Sourdough Bread

20 g, blitzed into breadcrumbs

Garlic

2 clove(s), sliced

Lemon

¼ zest(s) of 1

Kale, raw

200 g, shredded

Lemon Juice, Fresh

1 teaspoon(s)

Parmesan Cheese

20 g, grated

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large nonstick frying pan. Add breadcrumbs and garlic then cook for 3-4 minutes until golden. Stir in the lemon zest then transfer to a plate.
  2. Put the kale and a squeeze of lemon juice in the same pan and cook until wilted. Toss through the garlic crumbs and grated parmesan.
