Dried Mixed Herbs
- Put the vinegar, oil, mustard powder, garlic and the dried herbs in a clean jar, along with 1 tablespoon water. Season well, then screw on the lid and shake vigorously until combined.
- Serve drizzled over salads.
The vinaigrette can be kept in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
