Ingredients
  • Calorie controlled cooking spray
    4 spray(s)
  • Quorn mince
    150 g
  • Garlic
    1 clove(s), crushed
  • Ground Cumin
    ⅛ teaspoons, level, pinch
  • Coriander, Dried
    ⅛ teaspoons, level, ground, pinch
  • Cabbage
    50 g, shredded, red and green
  • Carrots, raw
    50 g, grated
  • Spring Onions
    5 medium, chopped
  • Brown rice, Microwaveable
    ⅓ pouch(es)
  • Lettuce
    3 individual, leaves, large
Instructions
  1. Mist a pan with the cooking spray and add the Quorn mince, garlic, cumin and ground coriander. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add shredded red and green cabbage, carrots and spring onions, cover the pan and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  3. Stir well before serving in lettuce leaf ‘wraps’ with brown rice.
