Tuscan steak with beans

Beef sirloin steak, lean, raw
½ steak(s), medium
½ teaspoons, chopped, finely chopped
½ teaspoons, finely chopped
Cannellini Beans, cooked
½ can(s), large, drained, warmed
1 serving(s), tenderstem, steamed
1 slice(s), plus juice
- Mist a nonstick frying pan with cooking spray and fry the steaks over a high heat for 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Let stand for 5 minutes, then thinly slice.
- Meanwhile, put the oil, garlic and rosemary in a small microwaveable cup and microwave for 30 seconds, until just fragrant.
- Arrange the steak, cannellini beans and the tenderstem broccoli on a plate; drizzle oil mixture over the top. Season with salt and pepper and serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
