Tuscan steak with beans

This Italian-inspired dinner is a fabulous quick meal for one, or easily multiplied for a crowd.


Ingredients
Calorie controlled cooking spray
4 spray(s)
Beef sirloin steak, lean, raw
½ steak(s), medium
Olive Oil
1 teaspoon(s)
Garlic
½ teaspoon(s), chopped, finely chopped
Rosemary, Fresh
½ teaspoon(s), finely chopped
Cannellini Beans, cooked
½ can(s), large, drained, warmed
Broccoli, boiled
1 serving(s), tenderstem, steamed
Lemon
1 slice(s), plus juice

Mist a nonstick frying pan with cooking spray and fry the steaks over a high heat for 3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Let stand for 5 minutes, then thinly slice.

Meanwhile, put the oil, garlic and rosemary in a small microwaveable cup and microwave for 30 seconds, until just fragrant.

Arrange the steak, cannellini beans and the tenderstem broccoli on a plate; drizzle oil mixture over the top. Season with salt and pepper and serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
