Turkey Tikka Kebabs
Turkey Breast, Skinless, raw
Low Fat Natural Yogurt
150 g, natural
2 tablespoons, (tikka masala)
Lemon Juice, Fresh
2 slice(s), chucks - roughly chopped
4 medium, roughly chopped
½ large, (red) thinly sliced
Chilli, Green or Red
1 individual, (red) deseeded and sliced
2 tablespoons, chopped fresh
- Cut turkey into 2.5 cm (1 inch) chunks. Place in non-metallic bowl. Add yogurt, curry paste and lemon juice. Mix well, then cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, overnight if possible.
- Preheat barbecue or grill. Thread turkey onto skewers. Cook, turning often, for 12 - 15 minutes, until thoroughly cooked.
- Meanwhile, mix together remaining ingredients to make salad. Season, then serve.
