Turkey breast mince, raw
300 g
Vinegar, All Types
1 tablespoon(s), apple cider
Dark soft brown sugar
1 teaspoon(s)
Taco shell
8 individual, medium
Cherry Tomatoes

4 leaf/leaves, small
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the chilli powder, cumin, paprika, salt, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne. Set aside.

In a large nonstick pan, cook the turkey over a medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes, breaking up the meat with the back of a spoon, until it's no longer pink.

Sprinkle the turkey with the seasoning mix and add 120ml water. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 mins, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid has absorbed. Stir in the vinegar and sugar and continue to simmer for a couple of minutes until warmed through.

Serve the filling in taco shells with the lettuce and tomatoes on top.
