Ingredients

Calorie controlled cooking spray

Onion

1 large, chopped

Garlic

1 clove(s), chopped

Cumin seeds

2 teaspoon(s), level, crushed

Chilli flakes

½ teaspoon(s), level

Oregano, Dried

2 teaspoon(s), level

Red pepper

1 medium, sliced

Turkey Breast Mince, raw

500 g

Tinned Tomatoes

1 can(s), large

Kidney Beans, cooked

1 can(s), large, drained

Avocado

1 medium, sliced

Soured Cream

4 teaspoon(s), level

Tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Mist a pan with cooking spray and cook the onion for 10 minutes, adding the garlic, cumin, chilli and oregano for the last 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in the pepper and mince and cook for 5 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and kidney beans, along with 200ml water. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then simmer over a low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve with the avocado, soured cream and tortilla chips, seasoned with more black pepper.

Notes

Make your tortilla chips: cut 2 tortilla wraps into triangles, mist with calorie controlled cooking spray and bake until crisp. Remember to adjust the SmartPoints.
