Mist a frying pan with cooking spray and cook the onion for 5-7 minutes on a medium heat, then add the garlic, spices and turkey (break it up with a spoon). Cook for 10 minutes until the meat is done.

Add the tomatoes and 200ml stock, then season. Simmer for 5 minutes. Top each split jacket potato with the turkey mixture, soured cream, spring onions and cherry tomatoes.
