WW Soft Malted Danish Bread

Coarse Grain Mustard

2 teaspoons, heaped, or American mustard

Spinach

20 g, young leaf

Red onion(s)

¼ small, cut into thin slices

Wafer Thin Turkey

Pickled Gherkins, drained

1 medium, cut into 8 slices

WW Reduced Fat Sliced Mature Cheese

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread, then spread over the mustard.
  2. To assemble the club sandwich, top one piece of toast with the spinach and red onion, followed by the turkey, gherkins and cheese.
  3. Top with the second slice of toast, cut in half diagonally and secure each half with a cocktail stick.
