Turkey & spinach club sandwich
WW Soft Malted Danish Bread
Coarse Grain Mustard
2 teaspoons, heaped, or American mustard
20 g, young leaf
¼ small, cut into thin slices
Wafer Thin Turkey
Pickled Gherkins, drained
1 medium, cut into 8 slices
WW Reduced Fat Sliced Mature Cheese
- Toast the bread, then spread over the mustard.
- To assemble the club sandwich, top one piece of toast with the spinach and red onion, followed by the turkey, gherkins and cheese.
- Top with the second slice of toast, cut in half diagonally and secure each half with a cocktail stick.
