WW Soft Malted Danish Bread

Coarse Grain Mustard

2 teaspoons, heaped, or American mustard

Spinach

20 g, young leaf

Red onion(s)

10 g, cut into thin slices

Wafer Thin Turkey

Pickled Gherkins, drained

1 medium, cut into 8 slices

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread, then spread over the mustard. Cut each piece of toast in half into quarters.
  2. To assemble the club sandwich, top one piece of the wrap with the spinach and red onion, followed by another wrap. Top with the turkey, then another piece of the wrap and the gherkins and cheese. Finish with the final wrap quarter and secure with a cocktail
