The Salad Jar solves all your ‘on-the-go lunch’ problems. It’s portable and healthy. You can make it the night before and have an extra 5 minutes in bed. There’s lots of room for variety so you’ll never get bored. And best of all – layer it up right and there’ll be no more limp lettuce.

Ingredients

Orange

Carrots, raw

1 medium

Beetroot

1 individual, small

Cherry Tomatoes

70 g

Quinoa, Dry

30 g

Tuna in spring water, drained

1 can(s), medium, drained

Spinach

25 g

Olive Oil

1 teaspoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Put the dressing ingredients in the jar and shake to combine. Layer the other salad ingredients in the bowl in the order listed in each recipe. Seal and put in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Take to work. Shake. And tuck in.
