Ingredients

Wholewheat Pasta, dry

50 g

Onion(s)

½ medium, finely sliced

Fat Free Natural Fromage Frais

½ tablespoons

Lemon Juice, Fresh

½ teaspoons

Parsley, fresh

1 tablespoons, chopped

Capers, in Brine

1 teaspoons, 1 heaped tsp

Tuna in brine, drained

56 g

Lettuce

1 leaf/leaves, small

Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook the wholemeal fusilli pasta according to the pack instructions, then drain. Tip into a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir through the red onion, fromage frais, lemon juice and fresh parsley while the pasta is still hot. Stir well.
  3. Add the capers and tuna, and stir thoroughly. Season and serve immediately.serve with the rocket and remaining basil.
