Ingredients

Tuna in spring water, drained

1 can(s), large, drained

Spring Onions

4 medium, trimmed and finely chopped

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

80 g

Chilli Sauce

2 teaspoons

WW Soft Malted Danish Bread

WW Reduced Fat Sliced Mature Cheese

Watercress

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high. Drain a 340g tin tuna in spring water and put into a bowl with the spring onions, yogurt and chilli sauce. Season and stir to combine.
  2. Lightly toast 4 slices of the bread then spoon the tuna mixture over the top. Top each piece with a slice of reduced fat cheese, then put onto a small baking tray and grill for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese melts. Cut in half and serve topped with a handful of watercress.
