- Preheat the grill to high. Drain a 340g tin tuna in spring water and put into a bowl with the spring onions, yogurt and chilli sauce. Season and stir to combine.
- Lightly toast 4 slices of the bread then spoon the tuna mixture over the top. Top each piece with a slice of reduced fat cheese, then put onto a small baking tray and grill for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese melts. Cut in half and serve topped with a handful of watercress.
