Tuna, halloumi & caper pizza

Ditch the takeout and serve up with tasty pizza with a twist.


Ingredients
Thin & Crispy Pizza Base
300 g
Passata
160 g, (8 tbsp)
Capers, in Brine
2 tablespoon(s), drained
Anchovies in oil, drained
36 g
Red onion
1 medium, sliced
Cherry Tomatoes
10 individual, chopped
Tuna in spring water, drained
75 g
Light Halloumi
240 g, sliced into strips
Rocket
40 g
Instructions

Preheat the oven to gas mark 9/240ºC/fan 220ºC. Place the pizza bases onto 2 baking trays, then spread 4 tbsp passata over each one, getting as close to the edges as you can.

Sprinkle the capers, anchovies and onion over both pizza bases, then top them with the chopped tomatoes, tuna and slices of halloumi.

Cook in the oven for 15 minutes. Scatter over the rocket leaves, cut into 4 slices and serve.
