Ingredients

Tuna, raw

300 g, 2 x 150g steaks

Olive Oil

1 teaspoons

Cucumber

50 g, sliced

Spinach

45 g

Cherry Tomatoes

150 g, halved

Avocado pear

1 medium, peeled, stone removed

Parsley, fresh

4 sprig(s), fresh, choppedFor the dressing:

Olive Oil

1 tablespoons

Vinegar, All Types

1½ tablespoons, use cider vinegar

Red onion(s)

¼ small, finely chopped

Chilli, Green or Red

½ individual, finely chopped

Garlic

½ clove(s), finely chopped

Coriander, fresh

4 sprig(s), finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick griddle pan or frying pan to medium-high. Brush the tuna steaks with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes each side (depending on the thickness of your steak) for rare, then set aside to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  2. Mix together the cucumber, spinach and tomatoes. Whisk together the dressing ingredients.
  3. Dress the salad and serve with the sliced tuna and avocado.
