Tropical fruit & wine ice lollies
For a quick and easy dessert, prepared frozen fruit is genius. Fill your freezer with these lollies and you can enjoy a sweet treat all year round.
Dry white wine
Tropical fruit mix, frozen
- Combine 100ml dry white wine and 150ml low-calorie lemonade in a small jug and set aside.
- Divide 100g frozen tropical smoothie mix equally between 4 x 80ml ice-lolly moulds. Pour the wine mixture over the fruit and insert wooden lolly sticks or cover with the lids. Freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight, until set.
- To serve, dip each mould in hot water for a few seconds to release the ice lollies.
