White Self Raising Flour
185 g
Low Fat Spread
80 g
Skimmed Milk

Egg, whole, raw

Preheat oven to 180 or 160C fan. Lightly spray a 19cm x 29cm slice tin with cooking spray and line with baking paper

Combine sugar, cocoa and flour in a large bowl. Add spread, milk, eggs and chocolate mousse, stirring to combine. Stir in white chocolate. Pour mix into prepared tin and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.

Cool in tin. Spread top with Alpro dark chocolate dessert. Sprinkle with extra cocoa, then cut into 12 pieces and serve.
