Lean Beef Mince (10% fat), cooked
500 g, (1lb 2oz)
1 small, finely chopped
2 teaspoons, level
Egg white(s), raw
1 g, lightly beaten
4 leaf/leaves, small, shredded
Pickled Gherkins, drained
2 medium, or dill pickles, sliced (optional)
- Mix together the mince, onion, oregano, Worcestershire sauce and egg white. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into 4 burgers, wrap and chill ready to cook.
- Preheat the grill or barbecue. Cook each burger for 4-5 minutes on both sides.
- Serve on a plate with lettuce or rocket leaves, cherry tomatoes and pickled gherkins
