The kids will enjoy this healthier pizza recipe, so there's no need to cook them something separately.

Ingredients

WW Wholemeal Wraps

4 individual

Calorie controlled cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Tomato Pizza Topping

150 g

Half Fat Cheddar Cheese

100 g, grated

Tomato

4 large, sliced thinly

Dried Mixed Herbs

2 teaspoons

Olives, in Brine

12 individual, halved (optional)

Basil, fresh

8 leaf/leaves, to garnish (optional)

Black pepper

1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6/200°C/fan oven 180°C. Spray the baking sheets with the cooking spray.
  2. Put two tortillas on each baking sheet, then spread the jar or pizza topping equally over each one. Arrange the cheese and sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle with dried herbs. Season with a little black pepper. Scatter the olives on top, if using.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Slide the pizzas on to plates and serve, scattered with basil leaves, if using.
