Ingredients
Chickpeas, cooked
1 can(s), large, drained
Cherry Tomatoes
200 g
Tomato
3 medium
Radish
2 medium
Watercress
70 g
Mint, Fresh
14 g
Lemon Juice, Fresh
1 tablespoon(s)
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon(s)
Red wine vinegar
10 ml
Garlic
1 clove(s)
Sumac
1 g, 1/4 tsp
Instructions

Put the chickpeas, all the tomatoes, radishes, watercress and mint in a serving bowl.

Combine the lemon juice, oil, vinegar, garlic and sumac in a small bowl and season to taste. Drizzle over the salad just before serving and toss to coat.
