Mix 60g extra light soft cheese with a small handful of chopped fresh chives, then season to taste. Toast 2 slices of calorie controlled bread and spread over the chive mix. Top with 1 shredded and cooked 125g skinless turkey breast fillet, a handful of mixed green salad and the other slice of toast, then serve.
