Three grain muesli

25 g, or papaya, dried
25 g, ready to eat
25 g, chopped
Fat Free Natural Yogurt
8 pot(s), small, or low fat fromage frais, 2 tbsps required
Grapes, Black or White

- Mix together the porridge oats, flaked rice, wheatgerm, sultanas or raisins, mango or papaya, apricots and almonds. Keep in an airtight container and use as below.
- To prepare one serving, weigh out 30g of the muesli mixture into a serving bowl. Add 150ml skimmed milk, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, serve the portion of muesli with yogurt or fromage frais, topped with the grapes.
