Extra lean pork mince (5% fat), raw

Lemon grass stems

Chilli, green or red
1 individual, finely chopped
Root Ginger

Lime
1 medium, zest
Thai Fish Sauce
2 teaspoon(s)
Egg, whole, raw
1 medium, raw, beaten
Calorie controlled cooking spray

Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 teaspoon(s)
Wholemeal bread roll

In a small bowl, mix the onion, pork mince, lemon grass, chilli, ginger, mint, lime juice, fish sauce and the egg until combined.

Shape the mixture into 4 patties about 2cm thick. Mist a griddle pan or frying pan with cooking spray and put over a medium heat. Cook the burgers for 15 minutes, turning occasionally, or until cooked through.

To make a chilli mayo, mix the mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce together and set aside. Serve each burger in a roll with the extra mint leaves, cabbage, carrot and chilli mayo.
