Ingredients

Margarine, Hard

1 tablespoons

Onion(s)

1 medium, chopped

Easy cook white rice, boiled

350 g

Asda Organic Pineapple Chunks

120 g, or fresh, chopped

Soy Sauce

1 tablespoons

Chilli, Green or Red

1 individual, de-seeded and finely chopped

Prawns, Peeled & Cooked

125 g

Coriander, fresh

2 tablespoons, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a large frying pan.
  2. Add onions; cook until tender, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add rice; cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; cook until heated through and prawns are done, about 6 minutes more.
