Easy cook white rice, boiled
350 g
Pineapple
150 g, chopped into chunks
Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon(s)
Chilli, green or red
1 individual, de-seeded and finely chopped
Prawns, Peeled & Cooked
125 g
Coriander, fresh
2 tablespoon(s), chopped
Instructions

Melt margarine in a large frying pan.

Add onions; cook until tender, about 2 minutes.

Add rice; cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; cook until heated through and prawns are done, about 6 minutes more.
