Thai Rice with Pineapple and Prawns
1 medium, chopped
Easy cook white rice, boiled
150 g, chopped into chunks
Chilli, Green or Red
1 individual, de-seeded and finely chopped
Prawns, Peeled & Cooked
2 tablespoons, chopped
- Melt margarine in a large frying pan.
- Add onions; cook until tender, about 2 minutes.
- Add rice; cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; cook until heated through and prawns are done, about 6 minutes more.
