Ingredients
Plain Popcorn (no added oil or flavours)
80 g
Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon(s), level
Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon(s), level
Paprika
1 teaspoon(s), level, smoked
Salt
½ teaspoon(s)
Garlic granules
¼ teaspoon(s)
Calorie controlled cooking spray

Instructions

Pop the popcorn kernels in an air popper, if you have one. Otherwise, put the kernels in a large microwave-safe bowl and cover with a vented lid or a plate. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, or until there’s about 5 seconds between pops. Be careful when you take the lid off , as it’ll be steaming hot!

Mix together the chilli powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder and salt. Mist the popcorn with cooking spray and toss with the spices to coat.
