Tex Mex grill steaks
Extra lean beef mince (5% fat), raw

Santa Maria Medium Fajita Seasoning Mix
1 medium, chopped finely

Kidney Beans, cooked
410 g, drained and rinsed
2 medium, de-seeded and chopped finely
1 medium, juice of 1
- In a large bowl, mix together the beef mince, breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons coriander, the fajita spice mix and three quarters of the onion. With slightly wet hands, shape into four large patties.
- Preheat the grill to medium high. Put the patties on a foil-lined grill tray and spray with the cooking spray. Cook gently under the grill for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in another small bowl, mix together the kidney beans, tomatoes, lime juice, remaining coriander and onion. Serve each person one patty with a quarter of the tomato salsa.
