Teriyaki Sauce

Sweet potato, raw

2 medium, peeled and cut into 1cm chunks

Coriander, fresh

2 tablespoon(s), chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to Gas Mark 6/200°C/400°F. Coat a large baking tray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce and coriander. Add sweet potatoes and coat them with sauce mixture.
  3. Transfer sweet potatoes to prepared baking sheet and bake until fork-tender, about 40 minutes.
