Pickled Gherkins, drained

Capers, in Brine

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together 150g
  2. 0% fat crème fraîche, 1 teaspoon
  3. Dijon mustard, 2 small finely
  4. chopped gherkins, 1 tablespoon
  5. capers and 2 tablespoons finely
  6. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley.
  7. Season to taste, then serve.
