Tandoori salmon with lime pickle yogurt

Patak's Curry Paste Tandoori Paste

Sainsbury's Microwave Brown Rice
500 g, cooked as per pack
Morrisons Lime Pickle
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
3 medium, thinly sliced
- Put the salmon and the tandoori paste in a small bowl and gently mix to coat the salmon. Mist a large nonstick frying pan with the cooking spray and cook the salmon over a medium heat for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice according to pack instructions. Put the lime pickle and the yogurt in a small bowl and stir well to combine.
- Put the rice, spring onions and coriander in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Serve the salmon with the rice, lime pickle yogurt and spinach.
