A delicious twist on salmon fillets, this recipe uses ready made tandoori paste to spice things up

Ingredients

Salmon, raw

4 fillet(s), medium

Patak's Curry Paste Tandoori Paste

40 g, 2 tbsp

Calorie controlled cooking spray

4 spray(s)

Sainsbury's Microwave Brown Rice

500 g, cooked as per pack

Morrisons Lime Pickle

1 tablespoons

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

120 g

Spring Onions

3 medium, thinly sliced

Coriander, fresh

10 sprig(s)

Spinach

80 g

Instructions

  1. Put the salmon and the tandoori paste in a small bowl and gently mix to coat the salmon. Mist a large nonstick frying pan with the cooking spray and cook the salmon over a medium heat for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to pack instructions. Put the lime pickle and the yogurt in a small bowl and stir well to combine.
  3. Put the rice, spring onions and coriander in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Serve the salmon with the rice, lime pickle yogurt and spinach.
