- Line a small baking tray with baking paper. Place 60g dark chocolate, broken into small pieces in a microwavable bowl and microwave for about 90 seconds, stopping and stirring every 15 seconds until melted. Spoon 8 even rounds of melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle each round with 1 tsp crystallised ginger, sliced chilli, or crushed pink peppercorns. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or up to 1 hour, before serving.
