Blue Dragon Soba Noodles
40 g, dry
Mange-tout
75 g
Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 teaspoon(s)
Prawns, Peeled & Cooked
75 g
Chilli, green or red
1 individual, deseeded and chopped
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 tablespoon(s)
Spring Onions
1 medium, shredded
Instructions

Cook soba noodles to pack instructions, adding mangetout for the last 2 minutes of cooking time. Drain and set aside.

Drizzle the sweet chilli sauce over the cooked prawns in a bowl, and stir in the green chilli.

Add the noodles and the lime juice and toss to combine.

Serve garnished with spring onions with a wedge of lime.
