Suya is a smoky, nutty, and spicy West African spice rub made with ground roasted dried peanuts, ginger, and chillies. It makes a great rub and dip for grilled meat, but it really goes well with just about anything.
Peanut butter powder

Vegetable stock cube
1 tablespoon(s), level
2 teaspoon(s), level
½ teaspoon(s), level
- In medium frying pan, stir the peanut butter powder constantly over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until it starts to turn deep golden brown.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and stir until aromatic, about 30 seconds. Let cool. Store in airtight container for up to 6 months.
