Super quick asparagus, artichoke & prosciutto pizza

Artichoke hearts, cooked
- Preheat the oven to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas mark 6. Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the asparagus for 2-3 minutes, then drain and refresh under cold running water.
- Put the wraps on 2 baking sheets. Rub the wraps with the cut sides of the garlic and spoon the passata over. Scatter over half the basilleaves and season. Top with the asparagus, artichokes, pepper, tomatoes and half of the mozzarella. Finish with the prosciutto and the remaining mozzarella and season again.
- Cook in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve garnished with the remaining basil and the watercress.
