Ingredients
Tropical fruit mix, frozen
175 g, pineapple, mango, papaya
Banana
75 g
Plain Soya Yogurt
200 g
Freshly squeezed orange juice
75 ml
Root Ginger
10 g
Turmeric
1 g
Instructions

Put the frozen fruit chunks, banana, soya yogurt, orange juice, ginger and a pinch of ground turmeric (or a fingertip-size piece of fresh turmeric root) into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Serve straightaway, or keep in the fridge for 1 day. If you’ve left it in the fridge, stir before serving.
