Ingredients

Tropical Fruit Mix, Frozen

175 g, pineapple, mango, papaya

Banana(s)

75 g

Plain Soya Yogurt

200 g

Freshly squeezed orange juice

75 ml

Root Ginger

10 g

Turmeric

1 g

Instructions

  1. Put the frozen fruit chunks, banana, soya yogurt, orange juice, ginger and a pinch of ground turmeric (or a fingertip-size piece of fresh turmeric root) into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve straightaway, or keep in the fridge for 1 day. If you’ve left it in the fridge, stir before serving.

Notes

The smoothie can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
