Whizz up one of these in minutes for a quick and tasty snack
200 g, ripe, plus extra to serve
1 medium, ripe, chopped
½ teaspoon(s), level
- Put all the ingredients in a blender with 100ml cold water and whizz until smooth. If you like, you can add a few ice cubes then whizz for a few more seconds to thin out the smoothie and chill it.
- Divide the smoothie between two glasses, top with the extra strawberries and serve.
