Nothing says summertime like strawberries. Look for fresh fruit with a sweet fragrance and deep, red colour – they’ll be the pick of the bunch.

Ingredients

Ginger Nut Biscuits

Marshmallow spread

100 g

Strawberries

16 individual, rinsed and thoroughly dried

Instructions

Crush 3 biscuits to a fine crumb and transfer to a bowl.

Spoon the Marshmallow spread into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 5 seconds at a time, until softened but not runny.

Insert small wooden skewers into the tops of 16 whole strawberries, then dip each strawberry into the marshmallow before rolling in the biscuit crumbs to coat.
