Strawberry & marshmallow skewers
Nothing says summertime like strawberries. Look for fresh fruit with a sweet fragrance and deep, red colour – they’ll be the pick of the bunch.
Ginger Nut Biscuits
16 individual, rinsed and thoroughly dried
- Crush 3 biscuits to a fine crumb and transfer to a bowl.
- Spoon the Marshmallow spread into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 5 seconds at a time, until softened but not runny.
- Insert small wooden skewers into the tops of 16 whole strawberries, then dip each strawberry into the marshmallow before rolling in the biscuit crumbs to coat.
Can’t find Marshmallow Fluff ? Use 90g Mini Marshmallows instead.
