Whizz up one of these in minutes for a quick and tasty breakfast drink.


Ingredients
Strawberries
200 g
Skimmed Milk
150 ml
Banana
75 g
Buttermilk
0.083 ml
Vanilla Extract
½ teaspoon(s), level
Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a blender with 100ml cold water and whizz until smooth. If you like, you can add a few ice cubes then whizz for a few more seconds to thin out the smoothie and chill it.

Divide the smoothie between two glasses and serve.
