Strawberry & buttermilk smoothie

Whizz up one of these in minutes for a quick and tasty breakfast drink.

Ingredients

Strawberries

200 g, ripe, plus extra to serve

Banana(s)

75 g, ripe

Buttermilk

150 ml

Vanilla Extract

½ teaspoons, level

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender with 100ml cold water and whizz until smooth. If you like, you can add a few ice cubes then whizz for a few more seconds to thin out the smoothie and chill it.
  2. Divide the smoothie between two glasses, top with the extra strawberries and serve.

Notes

Make it tropical. Instead of the strawberries, use 200g ripe mango flesh and serve topped with a few mango chunks for an extra 2 SmartPoints.
