Strawberry & buttermilk smoothie

Whizz up one of these in minutes for a quick and tasty breakfast drink.
200 g, ripe, plus extra to serve
75 g, ripe
½ teaspoons, level
- Put all the ingredients in a blender with 100ml cold water and whizz until smooth. If you like, you can add a few ice cubes then whizz for a few more seconds to thin out the smoothie and chill it.
- Divide the smoothie between two glasses and serve.
Make it tropical. Instead of the strawberries, use 200g ripe mango flesh and serve topped with a few mango chunks for an extra 2 SmartPoints.
