WW Slow-Cooker Strawberry Oats - WW recipe

500 g

Walnut Halves

40 g

Honey

3 tablespoons

Vegetable Oil

1 tablespoons

Vanilla Extract

1 teaspoons, level

Egg, whole, raw

2 large, raw

Porridge oats

100 g, rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. Line a 28cm x 18cm baking tin with baking paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the Slow-cooker Strawberry Oats, walnuts, honey, 1 vegetable oil, vanilla extract, eggs and ½ teaspoon salt.
  3. Fold in the rolled oats, then spread this into the prepared tin. Bake for 40 minutes until firm and golden at the edges. Leave in the tin for 10 minutes to cool, then transfer to a rack. Once cool, cut into 12 bars.
