Stir-fried mushroom noodles with hoisin sauce
Rice Noodles, dry

Stir fry mixed vegetables
4 teaspoon(s), torn
- Roughly chop the mushrooms.
- Cook the noodles according to pack instructions.
- Heat the oil in a wok and toast the walnuts for a few minutes. Remove from wok and roughly chop.
- Fry the mushrooms with the chilli powder until they are browned. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Combine the drained noodles, cashews and hoisin sauce. Sauté for a few more minutes and garnish with coriander.
