Stir-fried beef with oyster sauce

Lean Beef Stir-Fry Strips
200 g, Tenderstem, cut into bite size pieces
1 large, thinly sliced
250 g, oyster
2 clove(s), thinly sliced
Egg Noodles, fresh
400 g, prepared as instructed
- Mist a large nonstick wok or frying pan with cooking spray and stir-fry the beef over a medium heat for 2 minutes, then remove from the wok and set aside on a plate.
- Mist the wok with more cooking spray, then stir-fry the broccoli, onion and mushrooms for 4-5 minutes. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Return the beef to the wok along with the oyster sauce, then stir-fry for 1 minute, until combined. Add the noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes, until heated through.
- Divide between bowls and serve.
