Sticky pork & peach skewers

Nothing sums up summer quite like a really juicy ripe peach – and they’re not just for dessert either. Peaches are great additions to savoury dishes too – we love them paired with pork in these delicious kebabs

Pork Loin Steak, Lean, raw
350 g, cut into roughly 3cm pieces
2 medium, halved and cut into 3cm pieces
- Mix together the honey and mustard together in a small bowl and set aside.
- Thread the pork and peaches onto 8 skewers and lightly brush over the honey and mustard mixture.
- Cook the skewers on a preheated barbecue for 5-6 minutes on each side, until the pork is golden and just cooked through and the peaches are lightly charred.
You will also need 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
