- Cook the potatoes and sliced kale in a pan of boiling water for 20 minutes until tender. Meanwhile warm the milk in a saucepan.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, drain, then mash the potatoes and the kale together whilst gradually adding the milk, continue to mash until you have a mash potato consistency. Add in the parsley and season with salt and pepper. Stir together then serve with meat or fish.
