Sprouts with spiced orange

Liven up sprouts with this delicious festive twist.
Cumin seeds½ teaspoons, level
Orange(s)1 medium, zest of
Shallots100 g, peeled and diced
Brussels Sprouts, Raw300 g, trimmed and halved
- Mix the butter, cumin seeds and orange zest with some seasoning, cover and keep chilled until ready to use.
- Heat a small wok or sauté pan, add the shallots, sprouts and butter and toss together. Cook for 7–8 minutes over a medium-high heat until the sprouts are just tender with still a little bite. Keep warm and serve as soon as possible.
